over the same period last year. Overall, Viet Nam has welcomed 4.83 million
international arrivals in 10 months of 2011, a rise of 15.8% compared to the
same period of 2010. The target of welcoming 5.3-5.5 million international
arrivals this year is coming. Viet Nam tourism has been continuing to promptly
complete remaining proposal works in this year.

The airlines, which provide domestic flights, including
Vietnam Airlines, Jetstar Pacific Airlines (JPA) and Mekong, all have reported
losses. Especially, Indochina Airlines has to stop operation also because of
loss. The loss has been attributed to the low ceiling airfares set by the
Ministry of Finance.

Vietnam Airlines will be offering a discount to customers making
e-payments for tickets on routes to the ASEAN countries, Northeast Asian
countries and to countries in Europe.

Dong Van Rock Plateau is the highland in the most extreme north
