We did 2-day 1-night cruise around Halong Bay. The boat is new and very nice. Excellent comfortable sun loungers with plenty of space. The service was impeccable, the staff friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and at all times provided an update to where we were going and each time they departed exactly on time. The seafood buffet was superb and they also had a good selection of wines available at reasonable prices. They took us to a fishing village and encouraged us to take photo's and gave lots of information on how this functions. The visit to Surprise cave was also excellent. The kayaking was amazing and we were the only group to be in the hidden lagoon A night to remember when my friend was present with a huge chocolate cake! The service was outstanding on the way to Halong Bay and on the boat. We booked the trip with them over the internet and e-mail.
