Time: The 4th day of the second lunar month.
Place: Ninh Hiep Commune, Gia Lam District, Hanoi.
Objects of worship: Mother Buddha Man Nuong, Phap Van (Ba Nanh), Sakyamuni Buddha, and Saint Tran Hung Dao.
Characteristics: Custom of worshipping, lift phan tree.
The festival includes the sacrifices - offerings ceremony, a procession of Ba Nanh's palanquin to Thach Ban (cay vong - coral tree ground), pulling-horse ceremony, incense and flower procession from the Patriarch house to the pagoda. Traditional folk games: wrestling, human chess, singing contest, cock fighting, boat rowing, water puppetry. The most unique game is the game of lifting phan tree. At the end of the festival is the incense offering ceremony.
