We arrived back in the UK today after a wonderful time in each of the countries visited. Our time in Vietnam was excellent once the confusion over the visa was sorted. I think rechecking with all future guests on the visa situation would help. Unfortunately for me the Cambodia person had not arranged the letter of authority and then we had the confusion with your office mistaking me for another client and saying the letter was on its way by fax.
Apart from that everything went very smoothly. I was met at each airport as planned and Sonny our guide was extremely helpful and informative while we were in Hanoi and Halong Bay. I would certainly use your services again and recommend them to friends and tell them to request Sonny as a guide if possible
