Sorry for taking so long to reply - didn''t go back to work until this week.
Thankyou for organising everything ..you helped to make our holiday perfect....you provided us with an excellent service....all our transfers were terrific, the guides that you arranged for us - were the best.....they were so full of information.....and so friendly....they were just like our mates...
We had a great time in your country.....it was a real adventure...everything we did we loved....to hiring cycles and riding on the back of motorbikes...
The people we met were lovely....the scenery is superb particularly around Sapa....we loved trekking up there..the train trip up there was an adventure..and then the beauty of Halong Bay....
not to mention the unique Mekong Delta....then lovely Hoian.....not to mention The Citadel - that was amazing....
Learning about village life and your culture was very rewarding....
The 3 star accomodation you arranged for us was excellent...we couldn''t ask for better....the hotel staff couldn''t do enough for us.....
Your domestic airline service is first class.....the vehicles you had for us were excellent....
What more can i say....except you are simple the best.....
and a BIG THANKYOU to yourself for all you done for us....nothing was to much trouble for you...and it was lovely to meet you in Hanoi.
I will certainly recommend your services to everyone......
