We are all back home after a great holiday. Many thanks for all your help. All the hotels were great and the transfers and pickups all went very smoothly. Many thanks to Thuy for her help and great information.
The only small hiccup was the unnecessary trip to your office to ''confirm'' the Sapa railway tickets. Your office proved very hard to find for my moto driver. The return journey from Sapa wasn''t in Royal Company carriage.
Other than that we had a great trip and will not hesitate to recommend your company to our friends back here in Oz.
