Dear Than Mai, Thank you very much for your mail. I am fine. Back to work now. My trip to Vietnam was great. I really enjoyed my stay there. All of Vietnam is great, however the central is the region I enjoyed the most (Hue, Hoi An, Nha Trang, My Son). Halong Bay is beautiful also. The south (Ho Chi Minh City) had nothing to do with the rest! As if it was another world. Maybe if we visited the Mekong Delta we would have had another point of view. The food is good in general. The Halong Bay tour was fine, but there was some things that could have made our trip better: in our cabins, there was too much insects (about 150 insect that I had to kill 1 by 1) and in the boat there was no spray or insecticide or anything that we could use to kill the insects. That was the complaints of all the people on board. Insects were even in the fridge!! Moreover, night activity could have given another mood to the trip. In the program there was karaoke but we waited all night and there was nothing. Food also can be improved. Water should be included in the price! It is not possible that no water nor soda are included in the price! at least offer something to drink with every meal! I think that this trip could be improved a lot. As for the car rental services, well it was good. Thank you for letting your driver meet us at the restaurant in Hue instead of at the gate. I would recommend you, if you want to improve your services, to send drivers that speak english so that we can have a conversation with him, ask him about Vietnam and the places we are passing through... Our driver did not speak english. But to be honest, he was really kind, he stopped for us to take pictures where we asked him, he waited for us without complaining. However his driving could be improved a little bit. The first hour of our trip from Hue to Hoi An was very disturbing. We all had headache.. Now for your services, the communication with you made my planning easier. I would recommend however that you give your opinion, your recommandations, tips...whenever you can! Give choices if you have, suggestions... It will give us another point of view that maybe can facilitate the trips planning. But anyway thank you for your professionalism.
