Hi Mai Thank you for your email and keeping in touch. Overall we had a wonderful and most enjoyable time. The staff at the resort was absolutely exceptional. The guide was magnificent, well spoken, knowledgeable and a great sense of humour. We absolutely loved him. We have sincerely enjoyed every minute on Phu Quoc. The only downside we experienced were: 1. Leaving for Phu Quoc on the Sunday morning, our flgh was delayed and we only left at 3.55 pm. You can imagine how tired, hungry and forlorn we were when we eventually reached Phu Quoc. 2. I had a problem with the police as my visa has expired and though my company has applied for an extension, I did not have proof of the application. He wanted us out of Phu Quoc the very Wednesday b ut we were able to organise something with him for us to stay our full period. Thank you for all your help, the very professional maner in which everything was dealt with and for your very friendly disposition. My wife will be flying back to Brisbane Australia and provisionally we have spoken about going to Thailand, Bangkok with the next holiday which is during the last week in October. Once we have the necessary details, and if she can get leave again at her work in Brisbane, I will contact you again to see what you can offer me. Thank you again. Your efforts and the fact that you could manage to arrange for a top floor room, was incredible!!!!!!Please accept our heartfelt gratitude. Looking forward to further using your services.
