I found your response time to email to be very good, and all information I requested was given. As a improvement to the service if you could except direct credit card payments that would be very helpful as I believe potential customers are put off booking anything if it needs to be done via Xoom. If direct credit card payments are not possible then the option of Paypal might encourage more users to book.
I think many people are cautious booking via online agencies they have never heard of in a distant country as they are worried the tour operator may not be trust worthy.
Perhaps you could offer more in the way of confirmation other than hotel vouchers e.g once booked ask the hotel to email the customer to confirm everything is OK and has been payed for, Or send details to the customer for them to be able to confirm directly with the hotel.
Many travellers use Trip Advisor (www.tripadvisor.com) for recommendations, ask your satisfied customers if they could provide positive feedback for you. When I looked on tripadvisor I could not fnd any reference to your tour company.
If any of my friends decide to visit Vietnam I will recommend your services to them.
