I was extremely happy with your service. The boat trip was fantastic and so were the staff. We were not that crazy about the train trip (even though we did end up having a lot of fun!) and we found the staff at the train office in Hanoi rude and unhelpful. The taxi that you provided at no charge was fantastic � a very comfortable ride and exactly on time! Your company�s service was excellent and reliable and I would have no problem to recommend tuanlinh travel to others.
