About Thousand Star resort and Charm hotel, Phu Quoc island
The information on your website are incorrect.
The owner has changed since the last time you entered your information.
The name of the resort has also changed (forgot the new one).
The service on the hotel was really poor. Only two people were speaking
English, so it was very difficult to get what we wanted. Every time we needed
someone, it took us at least 20 min to find somebody as the reception was always
deserted.
Overall, we thought that it was over priced for the service level.
I would give it a 1 out of 10.
