Dear Ms. Thu Hien, Thank you for your job concerning our visit to Vietnam. Everything was OK, especially the trip to Nha Trang. The only thing I did not like was our accommodation in the Bamboo Village resort. When I ordered the trip I asked beach front bungalow for my family. You answered that there was no free beach front bungalow at the period which we need. But on arriving to the resort a receptioner said me that �Please, pay the difference in the cost between your room and beach front bungalow and stay in bungalow"! And my family staid in beach front bungalow, but I paid for that more than US$ 2.700. I think, that if you would be more insistent you could order the beach front bungalow for us. It would be cheaper for me and could bring more money for Tuan Linh Travel. Best regards, Victor Karaman
