Our trip to Vietnam was fantastic. Our service with Livitrains was very good. Thank - you to your tour company for delivering our train vouchers to our hotel as promised. We had some slight confusion with no ticket for our return journey being issued however this was resolved by our tour guide from the Sapa village of Ta Van. Our Tour Guide''s name is Lang Giang and she provided a wonderful service to us, picking us up from the train at Lao Cai, providing a wonderful insight into the village lives of the Hmoung, Moung and Zao people and looking after every aspect of our trip.
