Dear Mrs. Nguyen,
yes, we enjoyed travelling in Vietnam,wchich we did just by our own. but as i remember, we booked the than kieu ressort via your organisation in advanced on phu quoc - therefore i will give you a positive feedback: they have a good service, simple, but clean bungalows and a very nice area,means garden, that is well done.
There is one thing i like to remark: there was never hot water all the days, although they have suncollectors and i, personally, find: it s always a pitty, when you see the rubish on the beach. I would never let some plastic bottle or whatever just in the sand, where i was lying, but some other do - and if the restaurant on the beach doesn´t clean their areal, than it s no good recommodation for the loveley than kieu ressort
